For our client, an international company in Venlo, we are looking for an

Customer Service Representative Italian (Fulltime) with possesses of high integrity.

Do you speak Italian and do you have experience in Customer Service? Then you are the candidate we are looking for!
In this position you are the extension of the Sales team. You build and maintain effective working relationships with the internal and external customers. Their Customer Service Department, a team of 8 colleagues at various locations, is responsible for accurately managing and processing orders and sending confirmations to customers. You are devoted to managing and maintaining customer satisfaction, loyalty and profitability throughout the customer order process. You are communicating in English and Italian with our internal and external customers. Your goal is to enter orders accurately and reply to customers’ requests to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Learn and utilize the corporate ER
  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with all customers, both external and internal;
  • You are responsible for overall order management, including but not limited to processing orders, monitoring vendor management inventory, answering phones, tracking shipments, researching order issues, and processing RMA claims;
  • Performs the accurate data entry of orders and customer information;
  • Resolves service questions and identifies opportunities to improve processes and customer relations;
  • Answers customer inquiries and provides relevant information about company programs, products and services;
  • P System (SAP) as it pertains to customer service operations.

Function requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience;
  • By nature you are customer-oriented and have previously worked in a position where customer contact was key;
  • You are very accurate;
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in Italian, English language;
  • Able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment and you can deal with stress;
  • Knowledge of SAP is a must;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Real team player with your own opinion;
  • Passionate and enthusiastic who is ready to take on a challenge;
  • Strong focus on process improvement.
