For Amway in Venlo we are looking for a Supply chain planner (39 hours/wk, dayshift)
The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for preparing, monitoring and adjusting the supply chain plan for the assigned items based on an analysis of data from the Sales forecast system, taking account of the established service level agreements, aimed at an optimum balance between achieving the SLAs and a minimum inventory level.
What you'll do:
• Analysis: Assessing and analyzing planning data from various systems, signaling incorrect data or deviations in the system and correcting them
• Supply Chain Plan: Managing a supply chain plan for the assigned items, as well as running and managing supply planning processes based on sales forecast and sales figures and in line with SLAs
• Monitoring: Monitoring realization versus the plan set up and, where necessary, adjustment of the plan in line with SLA’s
• Risk management: Quantifying and minimizing risks in the area of supply chain planning. Support quantitative and/or financial scenario and risk analyses
• Reporting: Checking periodic or status reports and overviews
• Optimization: Signaling potential problems in the supply chain planning and opportunities for improvement in the supply chain planning processes, procedures and systems
• Stakeholder management: Maintaining sustainable relationships with all stakeholders (such as manufacturing, sales, and forecasting)

Function requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Supply chain/Logistics or related field (HBO/WO)
• Experience in supply chain/logistics preferably within a multi-national company would be a plus
• Good Knowledge of English (Dutch would be a plus)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills
• Strong sense of ownership
• Good analytical skills
• Focus on the result
• Pro-active, Accurate, Flexible
