Manager Process Improvement & Innovation (32–40 hours)

Your Challenge

In this role, you will lead a team of 2 specialists dedicated to making our logistics processes smarter, faster, and more efficient every day. You will act as a strategic link between operational departments and innovative technologies, ensuring that processes are not only streamlined but also prepared for the future.​

You will investigate and analyze existing workflows, translating insights into concrete improvement initiatives. You know how to leverage data to support decisions, implement AI applications effectively, and build impactful dashboards in Power BI.​

By standardizing processes, you create structure and ensure they are reproducible across multiple locations. Simultaneously, you foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaborate closely with colleagues from transport, warehousing, IT, and management.​

• Competitive Salary: A gross monthly salary ranging from €4,500 to €5,500, tailored to your experience and expertise, plus 8% holiday allowance (paid in May) and an additional 5% gratuity (paid in November).​

• Educational Background: You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree, for example, in Business Administration, Logistics, IT, or a related field.​
• Experience: You possess at least 3 years of experience in process optimization and/or project management, preferably within logistics or supply chain environments.​
• System Knowledge: You are proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transport Management Systems (TMS) and understand their role in enhancing efficient logistics operations.​
• Technical Skills: You are familiar with Power BI and have an interest in (or experience with) applying AI within business operations.​
• Leadership Abilities: You have leadership experience and are capable of inspiring, developing, and guiding a team.​
• Process Improvement Expertise: Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a strong advantage.​
• Language Proficiency: You have a good command of the English language.
