Financial employee cash

In this position you are reponsibel for :

• Processing transactions for various bank accounts of different entities within the Shared Service Center (SSC).
• Daily handling of payments and receipts, including manual payments and payment runs from multiple ERP systems.
• Monthly processing of Intercompany Netting, i.e., resolving outstanding balances between the companies entities.
• Reconciling intercompany accounts, bank accounts, and revaluating various bank-related general ledger accounts at month-end.
• Contributing to broader financial functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the general ledger.

• 2 to 5 years of recent, relevant work experience as an administrative assistant or in an accounting role.
• A service-oriented attitude towards internal and external customers.
• Team spirit and resilience under pressure.
• Strong command in English, spoken and written. Knowledge of German is a plus.
