For our customer in Haps we are looking for a customer service representative

Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction for our client, who supplies products across Europe. At the end of last year, we launched our logistics services for this client, who operates in advanced nutrition products. You ensure optimal collaboration between the warehouse and the customer. You’re on it.

How will you do this? You will be responsible for all administrative and planning activities for our client, making you a key link between our warehouse and the customer. Tasks include ensuring that all information about an order is recorded in our system, monitoring the order's progress, managing the planning for our logistics department, and keeping our customer informed. You achieve this by:

  • proactively communicating with our customers and colleagues, ensuring you maintain an overview;
  • preparing and scheduling outgoing orders for our customer;
  • spotting any discrepancies in the orders.

Function requirements

  • A relevant education;
  • Excellent talking and writing skills of the English language;
  • Control of the Microsoft Office package;
  • Some experience in a similar position;
  • Able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment and you can deal with stress
  • Good knowledge of Excel;
  • Avaible for 32 - 40 hours a week.

The following things can be handy to have but are not mandatory

  • Some knowledge and experience in logistics.
