Customer Service Representative

In this exciting role, you serve as the indispensable link between their valued customers and their Customer Service team. As an extension of this dedicated team, you play a vital role in building and nurturing strong working relationships with both internal and external customers.

Their Customer Service Department, a cohesive group of 15 skilled colleagues spread across different locations, takes pride in its ability to manage and process orders with precision, promptly sending confirmations to their valued customers. Your dedication lies in ensuring utmost customer satisfaction, loyalty, and profitability throughout the entire customer order process.

Your adeptness in English communication enables you to effectively interact with our diverse customer base. Your primary objective is to meticulously enter orders with precision and respond promptly to customer requests, aiming to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

As a cornerstone of their customer-centric approach, your responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum of tasks, including:

Cultivating and maintaining robust working relationships with both internal and external customers;
Overseeing comprehensive order management, encompassing order processing, inventory monitoring, phone support, shipment tracking, addressing order issues, and handling RMA claims;
Accurately entering orders and maintaining customer data with utmost attention to detail;
Addressing service inquiries and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance processes and customer relations;
Providing pertinent information about our company programs, products, and services to their valued customers;
Acquiring proficiency in the corporate ERP System (SAP) to optimize customer service operations;

Function requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience;
  • By nature you are customer-oriented and have previously worked in a position where customer contact was key;
  • You are very accurate;
  • Good verbal and writing skills in English language is a must; Any other language is a plus
  • Able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment and you can deal with stress;
  • Knowledge of SAP is a must;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Real team player with your own opinion;
  • Passionate and enthusiastic who is ready to take on a challenge;
  • Strong focus on process improvement.
