For our client a international logistics company in Venlo, we are looking for a

Administrative support employee fulltime

Where technology and administration meet, that’s where your job begins. In our modern workshop in Venlo, you ensure everything runs smoothly. No two days are the same – and that’s exactly what makes your role so important. From preparing work orders to processing orders in our systems: you keep everything on track and make sure it all adds up.

How do you do that? By preparing job cards, accurately handling invoicing, and properly closing bookings. You also manage the inventory, take action when needed, and assist customers and drivers with a smile. Thanks to your efforts, our trailers stay in top condition and everyone can keep moving forward. You make the difference by:

  • registering orders and checking invoices;
  • ensuring accurate administration of inventory management;
  • supporting drivers and answering their questions;
  • submitting damage reports and handling claims;
  • carrying out small operational tasks to support the mechanics.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team of around 12 colleagues, where collaboration and a good atmosphere go hand in hand. We service not only our own equipment but also that of external partners. The Venlo workshop is part of a European network and plays a key role in maintaining a large fleet. We are professional, solution-oriented, and always on the move.

Function requirements

  • experience in an administrative role, preferably in a technical environment;
  • affinity with trailers and technology;
  • ability to quickly learn and work with various systems;
  • good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
