Our client, an esteemed International Company in Venray, is offering a thrilling opportunity for a talented individual to assume the role of an Administrative Employee transport for their transport department.

As the Administrative Employee, you will be responsible for planning, communicating, and managing other administrative tasks for our cherished customers. You will form an integral part of our team, both in the office and the warehouse, where we collectively strive to deliver timely and efficient services, ensuring our customer's goods reach and leave our warehouse promptly.

To excel in this position, you will need to coordinate and plan for both inbound and outbound shipments while following up on customer requests regarding urgent orders, work orders, and other issues. Your daily tasks will consist of releasing inbound and outbound orders for warehouse operations, monitoring progress on different warehouse processes, and preparing inbound and outbound transportation paperwork. You will be responsible for monitoring the KPIs and identifying any deviations in timelines. Additionally, you will participate in both internal and external progress meetings on a daily and weekly basis, compile various reports, communicate with the customer proactively, and keep the work instructions up to date.

Function requirements

  • Intermediate level or degree.
  • Administrative skills.
  • Experience with WMS/ERP systems.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Communication English; preferable also Dutch.
  • Flexible, structured, accurate, service-oriented, and able to keep overview.
