Our client is a young, dynamic and growing family business specialized in sorting, packaging and trading fruit. This is done from a modern, cooled packaging hall in the Venlo region. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced
TEAM LEADER (experience in AGF)

What will you do?
You ensure that the production teams are optimally deployed and that the advanced production/packaging lines run smoothly and without malfunctions. You manage a team of line operators and production employees, organize the production process and ensure that the hygiene and Arbo regulations are complied with.
You work closely with the Line operators, QC employees, our technical service employees and easily switch with our HR team.

Responsibilities
- Realizing the production planning and orders in the most efficient way possible;
- Implementing the personnel policy of hiring, managing and motivating employees/team, absenteeism management, appraisal interviews, etc.;
- Monitoring KPIs and reporting deviations in the area of ​​planning, quality in accordance with BRC, SKAL, IFS and HACCP regulations and any technical issues;
- Creating and following up on work schedules, staffing on the various production lines, coordination with HR and employment agencies;
- Organizing and scheduling employees on the various production lines;
- Monitoring progress in accordance with planning and adjusting the teams if necessary to ensure that the packaging process runs as optimally as possible;
- Driving force and participant in (TPM) projects in which you manage a team of line operators
- Actively involved in optimization proposals regarding the production process and providing guidance to improvement teams.

Is this you?
You live in the North Limburg region and feel like a fish in water in the AGF sector. Of course, you now have several years of demonstrable management experience, you are a strong team player who (if necessary) is not afraid to address people about their responsibilities. You find it a challenge to further optimize a team and the output. You are willing to work in shifted shifts (6:00 - 20:00/21:00) and once every 2 weeks you work on Saturday (6:00 - 12:00). Despite the fact that it can be hectic on the work floor from time to time, you remain calm, you maintain an overview and you know how to determine the right priority.

For us, you are the right candidate if you:
• Have an MBO+ work and thinking level;
• Have an affinity with a production environment (fruit and vegetable sector) and also have technical insight;
• Have a good command of the English language in speech and writing. Command of the Polish and/or Dutch language is a plus;
• Have good communication skills and social skills;
• Have a flexible attitude both in terms of work attitude and working hours;
• Are willing to work in shifted shifts and once every 2 weeks on Saturday;
• Are a team player with a positive and energetic attitude.
