For Amway in Venlo we are looking for a warehouse operations Coördinator

In this position you will be responsible for ensuring the timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality execution of order fulfillment for 12 Western European countries. Your role will cover to coordinate the entire process to supporting product availability for special events and overseeing the returns process. Additionally, you’ll coordinate with 3rd Party Logistics Service Providers to ensure smooth operations.
You'll also play a key role in identifying and addressing potential constraints, driving quality improvements, and spotting cost reduction opportunities to support our commitment to continuous improvement. Your work will align with both customer expectations and budgetary targets, ensuring a seamless experience for ABOs (Amway Business Owners) and customers.

Your responsibilities

As part of our logistics team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating the entire order process (picking, packing, and shipping) to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Handling customer service requests for 12 Western European countries using the Zendesk system.
• Processing requests for sample products to be shipped across the region.
• Identifying and addressing issues that impact operations and customer satisfaction, proactively escalating them to specialists when necessary.
• Ensuring timely and accurate processing of return goods, including investigating and repairing utility products.
Additional tasks include:
• Preparing final mile reporting (such as OSDM, pickline statistics, returns, and MTOs).
• Assisting with other departmental duties as needed.

• For this position we are looking for a enthusiastic candidate with preferably a logistics education on at least MBO (with some experience)
