In the selection process, we can use tests at your request to gain more insight into the capacities and behavioural characteristics of the candidate. You can think of:

  • A personality test
  • A cognitive ability test
  • A management test
  • An assessment 

Or a combination thereof. The above tests are not an end in themselves, but are only a tool.
